The International Route 66 Festival is rapidly approaching! The event will take place in Kingman, Arizona from August 14-17th. One of the events will be an Annie Mouse Adventure party for the children in attendance at the festival. There will be 8 stations set up- to represent each of the Route 66 states: Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. Children will be able to participate in games and activities as well as make crafts representing Annie Mouse’s Adventures on Route 66. There will be plenty to occupy the children for the duration of the event, although they could come and join the fun at any point throughout the party and participate in as few or as many of the stations. They will receive a passport which will be stamped for each state’s activities in which they participate. This event will take place in Metcalf Park from 10-2 on Saturday of the festival.
